Simply sign up and Imperial will provide you with an access number. Call the number,
enter the destination number when system prompts you, and then Press the # key.
Please do not press the call or dial button after dialing the destination number, but
just wait and you will be connected to the destination number within few seconds.

Yes, you can use these services from any phone. You just need to dial any of our access numbers.
The system will prompt you to enter the Pin , please enter your 10 digit PIN (Personal Identification Number)
When the system prompts you to enter the desired Destination number then please dial country code followed by area code and destination number followed by pound sign ( # )
If you are calling within United States then please dial 1 followed by the 10 digit destination number followed by pound sign ( #)

in general your account expires after 90 days from first use, you need to recharge with minimum 20 $ to prevent
the expiry of account, after you re-charge, and your account balance is carried forward for next 90 days.
